  1. Face N Chimbee
  2. Turn to the W low block (left hand)
  3. Bring your feet together facing N with head facing W
  4. hammer blow to the W (left hand)
  5. Pivot right to face E low block (right hand)
  6. Bring feet together facing N with head facing E,
  7. hammer blow to the E (right hand)
  8. Step forward with left leg (N) inside block in a square stance (left hand)
  9. Stay in this position reverse inside block in square stance (right hand)
  10. Step forward snap kick (right leg)
  11. Backfist (right hand)
  12. Stay in this position reverse inside block (left hand)
  13. Step forward snap kick (left leg)
  14. Stay in position backfist (left hand)
  15. Stay in position reverse inside block (right hand)
  16. Step foward backfist (right hand)
  17. Turn to the left to face E 50/50 T stance pseudo outside block (left hand)
  18. Turn wrist so that palm faces you,
  19. step forward square stance elbow into open palm (right elbow)
  20. Turn to the right to face W 50/50 T stance pseudo outside block (right hand)
  21. Turn wrist so that palm faces you,
  22. step forward square stance elbow into open palm (left elbow)
  23. Turn to the left to face S low block (left hand)
  24. Stay in position reverse inside block (right hand)
  25. Step forward snap kick (right leg)
  26. Stay in position low block (right hand)
  27. Stay in postion reverse inside block (left hand)
  28. Turn to the left to face E high block (left hand)
  29. Chamber hands to left hip pivot side kick (right leg)
  30. Land in square stance , turn wrist so that palm faces you,
  31. pivot elbow strike into palm (left elbow)
  32. Turn to the right to W high block (right hand)
  33. Chamber hands to right hip pivot side kick (left leg)
  34. Land in square stance, turn wrist so that palm faces you,
  35. pivot elbow stike into palm (left hand)
  36. Turn to the left to face S low block (left hand)
  37. Stay in position reverse inside block (right hand)
  38. Step foward snap kick
  39. Jump on last stance , left leg over the back of the right leg ,
  40. with legs bent (??????????), backfist (right hand) - GIYUP!!
