  1. Face N Chimbee
  2. Turn to the left to face W reverse inside palm strike in a cat stance.
  3. Pivot snap kick, return kicking leg to starting position, inside block in cat stance
  4. Turn to the R to face E reverse inside palm strike in a cat stance.
  5. Pivot snap kick, return kicking leg to starting position, inside block in cat stance.
  6. Turn to the left to face N , double low pseudo block T stance.
  7. Step forward double low pseudo block T stance.
  8. Turn to the left to face W cat stance arms crossed right over left horizontally,
  9. Fist with left hand palm strike with right hand.
  10. Reverse backfist
  11. Turn to the right to face E cat stance arms crossed left over right horizontally,
  12. Fist with right hand palm strike with left hand.
  13. Reverse backfist.
  14. Turn to the left to face N , up on toes , hands opened high in the air, slowly lower
  15. Feet and hands, bringing hands together, right in a fist and left in a tigers
  16. Mouth , until feet touch and hands come together and rest near stomach.
  17. Step forward left leg square stance mid-section block left hand with low block
  18. Right hand
  19. Standing still switch to mid-section block right hand low block left hand.
  20. Step forward into square stance bring hands half way together, mid-section
  21. Block right hand low block left hand.
  22. Stand still switch to mid-section block left hand low block right hand.
  23. Turn to the left to face E double inside fist break square stance, left leg forward
  24. Pivot knee strike
  25. Jump into double low punch with legs crossed
  26. Retreat left leg into square stance with low X block
  27. Turn to the right to face W double inside fist break square stance, right leg forward
  28. Pivot knee strike
  29. Jump into double low punch with legs crossed
  30. Retreat right left left into square stance with low X block
  31. Turn to the left to face S T stance left foot forward back fist
  32. Open fist to palm, pivot inside crescent kick striking the hand
  33. Elbow strike into open hand, end in T stance
  34. Back fist
  35. Open fist to palm, pivot inside crescent kick striking hand
  36. Elbow strike into open hand, end in low T stance
  37. Outside pseudo strike with left hand
  38. Pivot into low T stance with forefist, GIYUP.
